Todd Frech

 Mr. Frech's career in Health Information System spans 15 years and includes positions in sales, marketing, account management, research and development, and operations in companies ranging in size from start-up to companies in the Fortune 500.
As Director of New Product Development at First Data Corporation, Health Systems Group, Mr. Frech provided the guidance and direction for one of the initial Computer-based Patient Records (CPRs) available in the United States. After a successful release Mr. Frech turned his focus to systems that could be used to collect and manage information contained in CPRs. His work in this field resulted in Wise-Med, the first operational wireless mobile clinical information system used in daily practice. Wise-Med's mobile workstations are linked through a wireless network that allows medical professionals to access the clinical and financial information on an organization's health information systems.
Mr. Frech has also served as Vice President of Operations at Tamtron, Inc., a provider of Pathology Information systems, during a period of rapid growth and implementation of Y2K systems. During his tenure at Tamtron, Mr. Frech guided the organization to reorganize and successfully complete implementations with 64 customers in less than six months.
As a Consulting Product Manager Mr. Frech focuses on helping organizations develop new products, create innovative solutions with existing products, become more creative and responsive to customer needs, and open new markets.
Mr. Frech graduated from the Naval School of Health Sciences in San Diego in 1981.

At Vestek Systems, Inc., Mr. Dean designed and implemented a web-based application to deliver proprietary financial reports to clients, using encryption and secure protocols to ensure that sensitive and confidential information remained private.
Mr. Dean designed and developed a database application for the Child Development Center at Children's Hospital Oakland. The application was designed for tracking the progress of patients over time. An extremely simple and user-friendly interface was the chief requirement of the design.
